First, everyone is going through a similar struggle. Being forced to work at home, or to work more from home, is an adjustment for everyone. So give yourself a break—we're all facing the same challenges and you're doing fine.
Second, try to define your productivity holistically. Cooking a good meal, exercising, spending time with friends and family online—it's all productive and time well-spent. Don't allow work outputs to define your productivity, especially during these challenging circumstances.
Third, take care of yourself physically, with healthy eating, exercise, and plenty of sleep, which will help with your focus and mental energy. Avoid heavy consumption of alcohol or other substances, which can affect your mood and focus as well.
