Shine’s co-founders, Marah Lidey and Naomi Hirabayashi, created Shine after meeting at work and supporting each other through their own stress and anxiety.
Their belief: Getting support around your mental and emotional health should be easy and accessible for all. Their approach: We’re stronger when we take care of ourselves together.
